A Study Of Chinese Industrial Low-carbon Development

This paper aims in the optimization of industry in the process of industrialization. Industry is the focus of national economic development. National economic development can not do without industry, Especially in China's present industrialization process. So, Industrial development should be top priority. As the low-carbon economy becomes more and more popular, views on how to develop low carbon economy are widely divided. Factors about Economic crisis, energy shortages, climatic deterioration, and resource constraint all are ringing the alarm on our economical development.In theory, this paper explores that the focal point of developing low-carbon economy is in low-carbon of industry under the context of industrialization. Then it distinguishes low-carbon industrialization and industrial low-carbon. At last, on the base of understanding the industrialized theory,this paper extends out the core concept of industrial low-carbon. Besides, this paper roundly explores factors that impact on industrial low-carbon by standing on the theories of development economics, industrial economics and technical innovation and so on.Empirically, this paper calculates carbon emissions of 39 categories of Chinese industry through the method recommended by Xu Guoquan. Besides, with adopting grayer degree of association, this paper calculates these 39 categories'degree of association. It shows our"high carbon emissions"of industries today. Especially, it gives prominence to the industries with high closely conjunction, which urgently needs optimization. Those above all cry for the "industrial low-carbon".Hereby,this paper thinks that the studying of Chinese industrial low-carbon can be commenced from the following aspects: optimizing industrial structure, innovating industrial technology, exploiting new low-carbon industry. On the specific inquiry of the path of industrial low-carbon, this paper aims the idiographic tactics of path of industrial low-carbon. Optimizing industrial structure is carried out from three aspects, which are excavating industry, manufacturing, electricity, gas and water production and supply. Innovating industrial technology is also conducted through three categories, those are innovating alternative technologies, process route optimization, CO2 enrichment. The last one exploiting new low-carbon industry is focus on new energy resources development and carbon recycling industry.
