Yarn textile industry is an important intermediate product,spinning machine is the basicequipment of the spinning process. With the increasing development of people’s material and culturallife,species diversity and yarn processing flexibility become the development direction of modernspinning technology.This project proposes a new digital, intelligent multi-component spinningtechnology,the system integrates mix of color and spinning two functional that makes traditionalspinning process before and after the two operations can be done on an automatic CNC mixed colourspinning machine.This project has finished the following work:1) On the basis of the analysis of the spinning machine’s system and function,this dissertationtakes yarn as material to study on double-component-gradient-coupled-spinning and spinningprinciple by ring spinning frame machine, able to feed three different speeds rollers. The conversionrelationship between the spinning frame parameters is derived from the input parameters based on thestructure.2) Conducted multi-component gradient coupled spinning yarn ring spinning and yarn throughthe principle is studided and multi-component yarn color distribution mathematical model isestablished, the red,yellow and blue mixing color,the two-part and three-component yarn colorappearance diagram are calculated and analyzed.3) Based on the theory of multi-component yarn to develop the controlling system in order toaccomplish three sections`speed of the back roller to achieve independent AC servo controlling.XCM-60T-E PLC from Xinje Company is taken as the main controller,using TG765touch screen asthe interactive interface,servo motor,inverter and other control components,the controller andinterface use the RS232to communicate.4) According to the relationship between various parameters derived experiment,three groups of10parts prepared segments of different colors of yarn procedures are programmed,which cancalculate from the touch-screen input parameter to the linear velocity of each operation of the roller shaft, the angular velocity,etc.,enabling converted to be sent to PLC servo drive pulse data in orderto achieve multi-component coupled spinning process.
