Established the disc type gear milling cutter as the template file as a source of data driven cutter parametric parts repository, the basic framework of the 3d model series of gear cutting tools can be automatically generated. The Teamcenter software and interactive use of UG software detailed research, and with the aid of Teamcenter software of data storage function, different data format compatibility between storage capabilities, complete 3d parametric model of the cutting tool repository store, call, editing and other practical function.Analyzed the enterprise on the basis of the Teamcenter server, multiple clients to work together, the master server for data access management, client authorized data editing, modification.
