Study & Application On Post Safety Risk Control Means Of Productive Process In Enterprise

The nature of enterprise safety management is a kind of risk management, domestic enterprises mainly rely on the rules for safe operation, operation standard, etc. in safety risk control. These safety risk control methods mainly with described by literal, the workers are not easy to master, and applicability and timeliness is not strong. In this paper, the goal is for all enterprises, and takes TS coal mine as pilot enterprise.In order to find simpler and more convenient practical post safety risk control means of productive process in enterprise. This paper based on the summary of shortcomings of enterprise in traditional post safety risk control, we use four different hazard identification methods of Job Hazard Analysis(JHA), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis(FMEA), Hazard and Operability Analysis(HAZOP) and Energy Source Analysis(ESA), to conduct systematic and comprehensive identification of the post safety risks and risk factors of productive process from four perspectives of production activity, technological process, equipment/facility, region and environment.According to the result of enterprise safety risk and hazard identification, firstly, the original safety risk management and control means( "The Big Three") of TS coal mine were systemic improved and repaired by the author, Then according to the production characteristics and safety management needs of enterprise, design and make more applicability and more operational safety risk control means of “risk warning and safe operation card of employees post”, “hidden investigations of equipment/facility”, “the hazard information cue cards”, “?three violations? behaviors and related risk checklists”.In addition, according to the result of enterprise safety risk and hazard identification, to meet enterprise requirements the author also made a series of post safety risk pre-control training courseware for employees self- learning, and designed the safety risk information system, realize dynamic management of risk and hazard for enterprise, and meanwhile promoting the informatization management of enterprises.
