The design purpose of equal channel shear deformation extrusion machine is to study the microstructure change of magnesium alloy rod when extrusion. This kind of machine is mainly consist of extrusion die, frame, hydraulic station and electrical control devices, etc. The extrusion machine orders the special mould which up and lower die were placed in order in the upper and lower beam of the frame, punch pole is placed right on the longitudinal beam. Clamping part of the hydraulic system will indirectly form mould locking, then push the magnesium alloy bar using the plunger into the channel such as cavity, increase pressure on the hydraulic equipment, make the billet through the corner channel, change the material grain and get the research of high quality material. The construction of the structure make the squeezing action more accuracy, extrusion finished workpiece conforms to the requirements.Equal channel shear deformation extrusion machine is different from the previous single oil cylinder to control the extrusion process, it is made up of two jointly operating oil cylinder, the vertical cylinder make clamping force, the level cylinder make extrusion force, double loop make sure the extrusion process smoothly and stably, in order to get high quality finished product. The vertical pressure system is the steel plate welded structure and consist of upper beam, lower beam, vertical post, etc. The horizontal pressure system is the four cylindrical rod structure and consists of two supporting beam installed in left and right and four pulling bar around; Hydraulic system dominate the entire frame movement with high/low pressure pump, gear pump, plunger pump reasonably adjusting velocity to control the oil cylinder stroke and speed.It is a complete and unified design from two-dimensional structural design to three-dimensional visual assembly, from the calculation of the hydraulic system to the electric system debugging, the whole design is an organic whole in harmony. The mould bend channel is designed and formed by special die, the metal cavity is composed of two segments whose axis keep the angles, the extrusion level is different according to different angle.The hydraulic unit control the machine. Refer to the hydraulic principle diagrams, the electric control circuit is designed, through the electromagnetic transmission signal, we can design the corresponding action buttons, eventually, the whole extrusion process can be more intuitive operated according to different requirement to transfer the running speed and the size of the pressure.The finished material of different level can be used for the professional laboratory research, it’s helpful to push the development of material studying.
