Rubber Injection-Mould Machine (RIMM) is a kind of new equipment of Rubber Industry. With the development of RIMM , the use of it has been enlarged. And this equipment has become more progressively, more and more importantly in this field.Refer to the actuality and the demand of controller in the field of RIMM , a kind of control system with Main-Subordinate scheme is designed, which based on ATMEGA128 and TMS320LF2407A, and its hardware and software has been designed. In succession, several nodus are emphatically studied: 1) how to draw the animated drawings which synchronized with the technics of RIMM; 2) several temperature control strategies for barrel are studied, the real time control result are presented, and the feasibility of the realization of different control is discussed.This thesis consists of six sections:In the first section, the author briefly review the development, the actuality and the tendency of RIMM. Later electronic and temperature control system are introduced. At last, the content and study strategies of this thesis are briefly introduced.In the second section, the hardware of this control system is introduced, which has Main-Subordinate scheme.In the third section, the software of this control system is introduced. It consist of the master controller software and the subordinate controller software.In the forth section, the PID control method is discussed. Also the characteristic of barrel is obtained by measuring its step response. Lastly the implementation of PID control is studied in detail and the results of the experiment are presented.In the fifth section, the Fuzzy control method is discussed. Firstly the principle of Fuzzy control is introduced, following that, the Algorithm is put in practice on the temperature control system.The last section is a summary of the whole research work. The main achievements of this thesis are mentioned and the conceit of the further developing work is pointed out.
