| Sustainable development is a fully new thought and measure of development. It has been hot how to put the thought into action and how to keep it balanced, which focus on making the development adapt to the ecological capacity. However, due to the differences between human beings’ evaluation and concentration, the study has been greatly limited. The sustainable development of ecologic environment combines human beings and nature to a great extent and can reflect weather we human beings’ activities match the ecological capacity and what we should do to decrease our use and waste. The though which has been come up with has great advantages, which is creative to operate and easy to understand. It has been widely acquired that ecological footprint is a standard of great importance of sustainable development. In order to reflect and record the relationship between population aid ecologic environment in Anhui Province, we adopt ecological footprint to evaluate the current situation of sustainable development. It’s known that ecological footprint and ecological capacity both refer to acreage. The differences consist in that ecological footprint squints towards the acreage which can meet the need of we human beings’ activities and our use and waste, while ecological capacity is more about the field we can use to produce corns. Ecological footprint can be divided into six parts:cultivated lands, forest lands, meadow lands waters and buildings according to different land production. Ouranalysis all come from statistical yearbook of Anhui-Province from the year 2001 to 2014. We have analyzed the dynamic trend of ecologic development, considering many factors like the efficiency of resource use and ecological capacity. We have deeeply analyzed the factors influencing ecologic development with the software SPSS.The results showed that:first of all the ecologic footprint per capita of the resident population is 3.201 ha, the per capita ecologic carrying capacity is 0.488ha, the ecologic deficit has been increased to 2.713ha per capita in the year 2013 from 1.08ha in the year 2000. Anhui Province has been got into the situation of unsustainable development from 2000 to 2013, what’s worse, the ecologic deficit has been more serious in 2009. Secondly, the rate of increase has got the point 6.71 percent in the year 2007, which has been doubled straightly increased. The ecological capacity was keeping unmoving while the ecological deficit was keeping rising. Thirdly, carbon footprint was mostly increased, concluded from that the pollution of coals made up about 84 percent of fossil energy, while environmental protection energy merely made up less than 1 percent. The energy structure Anhui Province is seriously unbalanced. Forest lands and building lands are enough while the others are ecologic deficit. Fourthly, even if the efficiency of resource use was going up from the year 2000 to 2013, it didn’t reach the point 15.6 percent per capita. Since Anhui Province widely put ecologic development into use, the secondary industry’s part has been over than the tertiary industry and has been dominant,54.65 percent in 2013. But the secondary industry per capita GDP ecological footprint has been always falling behind the others. This kind of unbalanced structure may bring about high consummation. As for ecological capacity, it has been decreasing all the time while the deficit has always been increasing, which has brought about too much pressure on the environment. Fifthly. We have find out what caused the growth of ecologic footprint, which are population, economy and society and so on. The most important of them are these:the rate of secondary industry and carbon footprint. Compared with the size of the resident population, the culture and quality of our human beings means a lot tothe geologic footprint.Last but not least, based on the study of the trend of the ecologic footprint in Anhui Province, we have put forward some valuable and targeted advice for the sustainable development and to build a more beautiful city and to make people live a better life. |
