Process control system of an injection molding machine is a large, complex, multi-variable and nonlinear system, which constitutes the whole by multiple subsystems, and in order to improve overall performance on injection molding machine, we choose the subsystem parameters to optimize which larger impact on overall performance of injection molding machine. In this dissertation, we starting from several key subsystems control parameters that affect the overall performance, through derivation of a precise physical subsystem mathematical model, looking for the best dynamic control input parameters in a reasonable parameters design space, thus to minimizing the performance difference objective function, making the best of the fit between the model output value reached with the observed data. This method is used in precision injection molding equipment’s controlling, not only can improve the machine’s control precision, and effectively reduce the injection molding machine process control unnecessary energy consumption, so that we can achieve a machine with energy saving, high-precision, high-quality products, low noise performance requirements. In the full study of literature, and in repeated experiments, simulations, based on the main contribution in this paper to do the following:(1) Injection molding machine pressure and flow parameters decoupling control strategy, in different action backgrounds processes, the use of different parameter control strategy.(2) We adopt new and improved temperature control algorithm to optimize control relay-off time parameter, thus improving the traditional PID control method, so that the temperature control to maintain a high level of accuracy.(3) Injection screw speed parameter planning to meet a better quality products, through theoretical and experimental to tests relationship between screw speed and the product quality.(4) Injection molding machine clamps manipulator inverse kinematics corner parametric programming base on lowest energy consumption, by calculation and theoretical analysis the relations between the corner planning and energy consumption.
