Polyether ketone is a kind of new type of engineering plastics of widely used and good performance. But due to the complex production process, capacity is small and the product price is higher, especially the production time is long and high energy consumption in the refining process, and it becomes the bottleneck of polyether ketone product capacity and price. Synthesis of polyether ketone crystal is spherical, a smaller distance between the ball and distribution in the solidification of diphenyl sulfone or other materials. On the surface of diphenyl sulfone easy to dissolve, internal diphenyl sulfone need solvent particles into the interior, appear the tiny holes after polyether ketone crystal particles on the surface of diphenyl sulfone is dissolved, solvent into and out of difficulties, mass transfer, heat transfer resistance is big, therefore lead to leach the refined for a long time.In order to reduce the differences, the experiment to produce synthesis, cooling of polyether ketone compounds as raw materials, the raw material after repeated heating melt cooling, its structure and properties are unchanged. Because of polyether ketone in the process of melting diphenyl sul fone heating volatilization, therefore in the process of the melt every 10 min to join in a bottle of 2 g diphenyl sulfone until the bottle solid into a uniform viscous melt. By controlling the crystallization condition of polyether ketone, change the crystal morphology polyether ketone, decrease the diphenyl sulfone leaching resistance, thus it greatly reduce the leaching time of diphenyl sulfone.Traditional polyether ketone refining method for direct fast cold, refining a batch of polyether ketone (leaching rate of 99.99%) more than 72 hours, the experiments show that the crystallization temperature is 160 ℃ after 5 min, constant temperature time polyether ketone rendering spongiform crystals in the mixture, between the crystals have larger pore (average pore size of 0.588 um), these pore refining process very favorable, polyether ketone for refining of 54 min (13.5 min per round of leaching time, each batch of polyether ketone to leach 4 rounds, diphenyl sulfone leaching rate can reach 99.99%), this can improve the efficiency of mass transfer, shorten the production cycle of polyether ketone.Compared the crystallization of polyether ketone refined with the traditional craft refined polyether ketone, through the melt index and melting point、thermogravimetric analysis and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis of the data, it shows that the refined polyether ketone of the experiment and the traditional craft refined and the physical properties of the polyether ketone did not change.At the same time, because of polyether ketone has good strength and resistance to chemical corrosion resistance, uniform sponge of refined after pure polyether ketone, due to its hole diameter is relatively large, uniform size and through special processing, it will become the excellent performance of membrane separation materials of raw materials, for the further development and application of polyether ketone provides a new way of thinking.
