The wide use of coal resources is a great contribution to national economic construction in China. However, our country has the big gap compared with developed countries in terms of safe and efficient production. Low level of production safety and efficiency restrict the normal operation of coal mine production logistics in China. Therefore, it urgently need to carry out the research on mechanism between safety and efficiency, which is combined with the typical timing dynamic characteristics about coal mine production logistics.In this paper, it carries on the thorough research to the coal mine production logistics system based on the coordinated development of safety and efficiency. It uses co-integration and system dynamics to study the mechanism between safety and efficiency of our coal production logistics system. The main content of this paper includes:First, it analyzes co-integration relationship between safety and efficiency of the system from the macro perspective. Based on inspection long-term equilibrium relationship between safety and efficiency, it establishes vector error model to test the short-term volatility between safety and efficiency. It establishes the Granger test model to test the cause and effect between safety and efficiency, which provides the basis for mechanism model.Second, it constructs the model of mechanism between safety and efficiency from the micro perspective. As a first step, based on the macro causal relationship between safety and efficiency, it uses case analysis method to screen the key influence factor between safety and efficiency. In combination with the rules of coal mine safety production in our country, it constructs the impact factor system between safety and efficiency. The second step, from the angle of impact factor, it uses system dynamics mechanism to construct the model between security and efficiency, which pointes out the direction for the healthy and sustainable development of coal mine safety production level. Finally, it carries out the empirical research on the mechanism between safety and efficiency. First of all, from the economic perspective, it simulates the evolution process of safety investment and input-output ability, which can forecast the development trend of safety production level in coal mine. Then, from a long-term view, it uses safety investment as the core to improve the long-term cooperative mechanism between safety and efficiency.To sum up, it studies the mechanism between security and efficiency in coal mine production logistics based on co-integration theory and system dynamics. This study has important scientific research value and practical application value to efficiently develop coal resources in our country, to realize coal production to shift from static to dynamic management and effectively improve the level of coal mine safety production in China.
