In recent years, with the development of the modern mine technology, a new kind of auxiliary transportation equipment, mine trackless rubber-tyred car has been a large number of applications, service brake is one of main components of the mining rubber-tired vehicle, its role is to complete mining rubber-tired vehicle deceleration and braking. At present, there are many different kinds of mining rubber-tired cars, different load, different working brake wheel diameter size, but the structure and principle is same, before design work,when the brake is a kind of car what would have to design a set of brake block diagram, the workload is bigger. So need to have a set of parameterized design work brake design software. Because of the service brake parts, so this topic make WC5mine rubber-tired vehicle brake as the prototype, adopt the method of parametric design to design a brake parts shell.This paper for the work of mining rubber-tired vehicle brake static shell (hereinafter referred to as static shell) parametric design system of research mainly from the following aspects:First of all, before implement static shell parametric design, need to build parameterized model of shell. In the process of establishing model, need to analysis the static relationship between the size of the shell and the topological relations between them, this ensures that when a certain size changes, the rest of the size can change original shape.In the second place, installation second development platform. The design of the system, is the secondary development of CAXA, so must carry on the electronic board with the secondary development platform of CAXA_EB installation, this is to ensure that hydrostatic shell of parametric design and do the preparation.Third, under the development environment of Visual c++6.0realize static shell parametric design program. In this design, programmed including static shell shape diagram of program compiling, roughness, database connection program compiling procedure in dividing the spline parameter table, the preparation of title bar program.Fourth, establish a database. In this design, due to act of tolerance and size tolerance of size, to facilitate the management, and convenient procedure calls, use Access2003database established, using ADO database access technology.This topic of parametric design, not only make the design drawings of personnel from a large, complex, greatly reduces the labor intensity of designer, so that they can concentrate on to structure design, but also for mining rubber-tired vehicle manufacturers or enterprises has brought good economic benefit.
