As we all know,traditional engraving product use like such "knife,ax, chisel,saw" as the main tools, carving product quality mainly depends on carving master’s skilful manual carving skills.Whatever the production efficiency or personalized requirements are difficult to satisfied modern people with the growing demand for exquisite carving product,In order to solve this problem, this paper combined with the actual production in-depth study of high speed CNC machine production instead of pure hand carved. In order to solve this problem, this paper studies high-speed CNC machinery production instead of pure hand carved, mainly includes three aspects:CNC engraving processing, CNC engraving programming and relief modeling etc.Study on CNC engraving processing, research on the small tool in high speed machining technology, including high cut speed, fast feed, small depth of cut, way of the CNC engraving process and compared with ordinary cnc processing. Experimental study on the cutting performance of different materials, such as acrylic board, red fir,aluminum block, and obtain the reasonable cutting parameter, used to guide the actual production of the engraving. Research on effect of machining quality mainly includes several important factors, like cutting tool, workpiece material. Design and study of high speedCNC engraving processing system.Research on NC engraving programming technology, the NC engraving programming projection method was proposed to generate carving path. The text, by cutting relief processing NC engraving programming modular development, greatly simplify the programming and shorten the programming time. Research on the NC engraving cutting and engraving method,2D, 3D NC engraving programming examples of ways to demonstrate and validate the effectiveness.Research on modeling and simulation technology of relief engraving, relief for digital model proposed bitmap relief modeling and geometric modeling of two relief methods, combined with the study of geometric relief modeling, combined with simulation examples based on the cutter location data of LC and NC two kinds of CNC engraving process simulation method.Method of establishing process, the paper proposed the programming technology and relief model, verified by a lot of modeling, machining examples, in the actual production of CNC engraving instead of pure hand carved.
