Non-coal underground mine in our country is a high risk industry. Many kinds of accident(roof accident, flooding accident, fire accident, explosion and occupational disease) in mining process cause significant damage to property and personnel of the state and enterprises. Therefore, the research on the risk management in non-coal underground mine exploitation has become an urgent issue. Based on the analysis of current safety situation of the non-coal mine industry in our country, the author’s main work includes:(1)This thesis analyzes the current safety status of non-coal mine industry of our country, and the great significance of the risk management study of non-coal underground mine. This thesis briefly introduces the foreign advanced experience in mine risk management and domestic research status,and analyzes on-coal underground mine common accident (roof accident, height fall, electric shock, mechanical damage, gunpowder explosion, object strike, vehicle damage, mine fire and mine flooding, dust, poisoning and stifling damage) in recent years. Fankou Lead Zinc Mine is taken as a project background of non-coal underground mine process in the presence of dangerous source identification.(2)The factors affecting the accident are analyzed and compared. By analysing the risk sources of the identification, and the causes of various types of accidents in underground mining, this thesis construct the non-coal underground mine safety evaluation index system. The weight of each index is determined by using expert survey method and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The result of the risk assessment of non-coal underground mine safety system is obtained by calculating with Matlab software.(3) Some advice and suggestions for the safety management of mine are given according to the results of the evaluation, with the hope of strengthening the management of mine safety and improving the mine safety level and the field operation environment. From a practical perspective, the establishment of the fuzzy comprehensive risk evaluation model of the non-coal underground mine is easy to practice and operate. The model can describe the status of the risk of underground mining obviously. Using the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate of mine safety production level has the advantages of obtaining simple and clear results which can reduce the deviation caused by subjective factors. This model is helpful to improve security in actual production, and can adjust security strategy according to the variation. This model also can minimize the risk of mining, and increase benefits to the enterprise.
