Winding Tension Control Study

In the progress of the hot strip, coiler machine is one of the most equipments. To enhance the quality of the products, the tension controlling is researched in this paper. The main works are as follows:(1)based on the analysis of the tension controlling system, the main reasons of steel coiler tower shaping are obtained;(2)the method of reducing the error of calculating the coiling diameter is proposed;(3) a new calculation method of inertia moment is gained;(4)the control system based on the fuzzy theory is constructed in this paper.
