Research On Down Coffer Control System In Hot Strip Rolling

Down coiler control system of hot strip rolling mill is the last key part. The tension control precision and automatic jump control veracity are inportment factors for steel coils’quality. The frist, we checked a lot of literature. The second, we collected a lot of data and curve of the mill. Through researching, we succeeded to let the X80pipe line steel product smoothly. The key point and gain result, as follows:(1) Base on the mechanism^hydraulic and electric of down coiler, confirmed all kinds of torsions’model for the tension control. Second, researching the driver system’vector control and SIEMENS’driver system, search the tactic of tension control achievely.(2) For the X80pipe line steel, discover the different of X80pipe line steel and general steel in tension control. Through the PDA curve, we collected a lot data and curve. So we found the key cause.(3) In the research of automatic jamp control, we analyzed the track of the steel. Three factors have the case with tracking of steel, whitch are head track、speed control and pressure control. We mainly analysed the pinch roll unit、wrapple roll unit and mandrel unit calculation model.(4) Through the whole coiling course, we analysed the initialization of all kinds of units. Carry out to research the difficult of X80high pipe line steel coiling. At same time, we optimized the set data of control program.(5) We optimized the coiler area equipments control system. At the same time, we preferred the HMI menu of operating platform. Through the optimized, we succeeded to operat the coiling of X80pipe line steel with only one key.The article is link with X80pipe line steel item of SGQG in2009. In the whole item, the successful coiling is the key section. After the optimized of X80pipe line steel coiling model, we had producted3000000tons X80pipe line steel.
