| The design of CAN communication network in the control system for freshwater fish product-line and CAN communication interface adapter are presented in this paper.Communication network is an important part of control system. Consulting the development of communication network in the computer control field, Control Area Network (CAN) is used in the control system for the freshwater fish product-line. The devices of the product-line are divided into four groups by deferent degree of controlling difficulty, and the four groups are controlled by four micro-control unites respectively, which communicate with each others by CAN to realize the synchronized and harmonious controlling for the product-line. While meeting the demands of design, the CAN of the control system for the freshwater fish product-line doesn't penetrate into the lowest devices. Such a design not only reduces the cost but also allows the implement of the perfect integrated control technology.Based on several kinds of designs exited, the CAN communication interface adapter on which two-piece of 8255A construct main communication channel is designed. Using the adapter to join PC into the communication network of the auto-control system, man-machine interaction of the control system is friendly and the performance of the control system is promoted greatly. |
