Jincheng City Air Pollution Control Planning

The air environmental model of the city of Jincheng was constituted by using area equal letting quantity controlling standard. By investigating the polluter, we could find that about 1379 thousand tons of coal was used in this city. About 20.8 thousand tons of SO2 and 19.5 thousand tons of TSP were exhausted in one year. After calculating with the model, we known that the permitting equal quantity of SO2 was 6226t/y while TSP was 27991t/y. But now the practical equal quantity of SO2 was 10240t/y while TSP was 29646 t/y. So 3999t/y of SO2and 1655t/y of TSP should be cut. Only do those, the environment could satisfy the second standard. Using the same proportion cutting way, working out the equal quantity of 862 and TSP that should be cut in this area and listed the listings. So providing the basic data for total quantity control and managing in ration. We came out the measure for environmental manage and the technical countermeasure in air pollution controlling.
