Roots Of Chinese Medicinal Materials Crushing Device And Method

In this paper, a new equipment preparing super-fine powder of Chinese traditional medicine has been introduced. The equipment can comminute not only the delicate Chinese traditional medicine but also those with high sugar rate and high tenacity to super-fine powder. We choose licorice to make a series of experiments to show the possibility of this technology. Through experiments of licorice, the realizing process of the equipment is researched, and the effect of operating factors such as air pressure, rotating speed is discussed on technological parameter such as average diameter of particle.
