By adopting General Mode Method and AHP method, combining the issue of water environmental-ecological security, this dissertation has evaluated the status quo of water environment security in Tianjin and discuss the methods of resolving the problem, in accordance with ecological security theory, water environment ecological safety and early-warning theory .The contents includes the following items:1 Points out the significance of the research by analyzing the status quo of water environment security.2 Summarize the basic theory of ecological security and water environment ecological safety and the evaluation of early-warning.3 Analyze the status quo of water environment security in Tianjin and point out the existing problem.4 Illustrate the technical rout of the research. The method of this dissertation is pinned down by analyzing various mathematical methods. And carry out the research of the status quo of water environment security in Tianjin.5 Corresponding countermeasures have been put forward for the existing problems of it in accordance with the result of evaluation and early-warning.6 Explanations are given to the conclusion of the dissertation and further researches.This dissertation has enriched the concept of water environment security and the following conclusions have been drawn by analyzing the status quo of water environment security in Tianjin from2000-2004:1 From 2000 to 2004, there was virtuous development in water environment security in Tianjin and the volume of ecological security increased year by year.2 The interior mechanism and the exterior factors influencing the status quo including the surface water resources proportion of river water resources inferior to 5 degree.3 To resolve water environment security in Tianjin, the author put forward the specific measures of increasing income and reducing expenditure and the overall countermeasures of setting up the maintenance system of water environment securityIn the point view of the author, the research of water environment security in Tianjijn has been carried out by no one. Both the system and the evaluation are innovative in certain degree.
