With the development of modern industry and city building, pipeline shows the great importance on modern times. After the urban underground pipelines worked for about 15 to 20 years, the accidents occur frequently. So, it's urgent to renovate the old pipes designedly and resolve the problem of pipelines' rebuilding with trenchless technology and reduce the bad influence of pipelines' rebuilding. On this background, we study the compound textile lining pipes which applies on pipeline trenchless textile lining renovation technology. Using the textile composite technology to repair the damaged pipes, the study makes the fiber choice and fabric design meet the last rehabilitation technology requirement. The optimization of the technology economy can be realized.The study is based on the present pipeline liner rehabilitation technology and uses textile technology to study the measures and techniques for abnormity pipe and selects materials. The application of the textile composite liner processing technology on the pipe rehabilitation is discussed. Using the textile method to make liner can ensure the liner without slit and avoid the crazes during inversion. The material, intensity, thickness, diameter can be designed easily. When the liner is fixed, the drape will not appear in the pipe elbow and different-diameter situation. The elasticity of the textile liner pipe is better than the no-woven liner pipe at present in our country, which have good extension and is more suitable for inversion. So, the problems at present in our country such as the bad loading ability, the long craft route and high cost can be resolved.Basing on the ASTM and the damaged pipe' concrete situation, the design takes the natural gas pipe as an example to study the liner rehabilitation technology. Firstly, the thickness, elasticity, intensity, material and fabric are designed in turn. Then experiments are carried out to validate and discuss each parameter according to the theories deducing. From above steps, the proper parameters for textile composite pipe material for rehabilitating can be found. The textile composite pipe is made by weaving, film pressure and resin impregnation. Then the tests of the physics capabilities of textile pipe before and after film pressure and the textile composite pipe are carried out. The test results are analyzed though Least Square Method and Gray Theory. At last, the analog design of construction method is given.The study is carried out completely aiming at the textile composite pipe which applied on the pipeline trenchless textile liner rehabilitation technology, especially the materialsand making techniques. Three kinds of textile composite liner pipes are made. The relationship of the capability between textile composite pipe and textile pipe without film pressure, as well as the textile pipe without film pressure and textile pipe with film pressure. The investigative contents and conclusions ground for further research study and engineering application. Because of the limitation of time and condition, only parts of foundation research work are made, but through this study, the next study emphases and direction can be defined.
