Comfortable Knitted Garment Pressure Testing And Research

Knitted fabrics play a more and more important role in every kinds of tight or sports garments, because of their good elasticity. Clothing pressure comfort of knitted fabric is one of the important factors for evaluation of wearing comfort. Therefore, it is very important to have research the evaluation indicator and establish scientific evaluation system of clothing pressure comfort, which will give out significant effort on the comfort research of garments.Based on the introducing of the development of the garment pressure comfort at home and abroad and traditional instruments on clothing pressure measurement, the testing system of measuring clothing pressure by using the Flexiforce force sensor is explained in detail firstly. The testing system mainly includes: Flexiforce force sensor, amplifier, data acquisition and computer. Compared with traditional instruments, the system we developed realizes: the data acquisition in several channel at one time, the data preservation, the real-time display and the measuring of the dynamic clothing pressure, which is suitable for our measuring.Then, based on the past research achievements, we proceed the subjective and objective assessing experiments to research the clothing pressure comfort of female waist and knitted seamless elasticity sports pants by designing a set of clothing experiments. In the subjective assessing experiment, we have analyzed the relation of the pressure comfort and different subjective wearing sensation by amount estimate method. And in the objective testing experiment used the Flexiforce pressure testing system, we have gotten the pressure distributive trends in different parts and action, and the range of the pressure comfort.By the method of combing the subjective and objective testing for evaluation the pressure comfort of knitted fabric, we establish a scientific and perfection evaluation factors and evaluation system, which is beneficial for the designers to research profoundly, whom are interested in clothing pressure comfort.
