The compressed air is one of the main power in mine production. It generally occupy 10%~35% of the entire power consumption of a underground mine. Because the mine compressed air system involves mass of dada, such as spatial information, technical and the economic indicator etc., the optimization of mine compressed air system is very difficult. The decision-making methods for compressed air system optimization still not have a general way. Especially the YUNNAN TIN GROUP that is such a mine of large scope, it is nearly impossible that to carry on the compressed air system optimization decision-making fast and accurately without a highly effective accurate decision-making tool.Therefore, using the method of assistance decision system, making use of the computer's powerful data management and the analysis computation function, can combine decision-maker's knowledge and the experience conveniently when decision-maker choose the compressed air system plan, can avoid making big fault in the process decision-making, the reference data through the assistance decision system which each kind of plan provides, is one path to optimize the compressed air system plan.Combining the program of YUNNAN TIN GROUP region modernization and information plan, through investigating and researching the regional mine compressed air system status of YUNNAN TIN GROUP, applying the systems theory's analysis method, by analyzing and researching on the Southern compressed air system compressor stations from the site, gas, pipeline network and equipment and so on comprehensively, the author developed the mine compressor stations network optimization decision support system.The aided decision-making system uses optimization methods of project, such as network optimization theory, decision analysis theory and so on, achieves optimization of mine compressor stations network; use information management technology to collect information, completes compressor stations network optimization decisions through computer visualization of interactive, simplifies the optimization work, improves the efficiency of decision-making. The major work and the results this paper completed are:(1) Through investing the status, constructing the data management system of mine compressed air equipment, network parameters and the pressure loss parameters; (2) Making use of the minimum tree optimization theory, achieving optimization of air supply network's length and structure;(3) Application of theoretical aerodynamics, achieving the calculation of the compressing air supply pipe diameter' choice, the capacity and the pressure loss;(4) By economic and technical feasibility studies on selection of the compressing equipment, getting the Selection program;(5) To ensure that mine compressor system's the energy saving and efficient operation, the idea is proposed that the underground mine's establishment of "a compressed air management and monitoring system".Using Visual FoxPro 6.0 to compile calculation procedure, data from YUNNAN TIN GROUP southern region's compressed air system verified the results of the test. The system used for decision support program shows that only the southern region of YUNNAN TIN GROUP compressed air system can save¥430,000 of investment and save electricity cost¥980,000, and has energy saving with the social benefits and economic benefits.
