Chemiluminescence(CL) was defined as electromagnetic(ultraviolet,visible or near-infrared) radiation of the reactant,the production or the fluorescent substances as a result of a chemical reaction.The CL analytical method was established based on the moment radiation intensity or the gross radiation quantities.The advantages of CL analysis include high sensitivity,wide linear range,rapidity,simple instrumentation,easy automation and continuous analysis.CL analysis has been successfully explored for the analysis of a great number of important inorganic and organic substances at trace and ultra trace level in various fields including biotechnology,pharmacology,molecular biology, clinical medicine and environmental detection,and becomes one of most active investigative fields in the molecular spectroscopic analysis.Current research in CL analysis is mainly concentrated on two directions.One direction is to discover new CL reactions to broaden the analytical scope of the CL analysis.Another direction is to combine the established CL systems with newly developing techniques to increase the applied value of CL analysis.During our recent study,it was found that injecting some substances into the reaction mixture of a CL reaction can result in a new CL reaction.This CL phenomenon is named as post-chemiluminescence(PCL) reaction since it occurs after the finish of a CL reaction.Recently the post-chemiluminescence was focused on the chemiluminescence system of luminol which has been used as chemiluminescence reagent.PCL reaction of other chemiluminescence reagent is unacquainted and mysterious CL phenomenon for many people.However,it is on the potential value of fostering a new investigative field by lucubrating of this phenomenon.Dichlorofluorescein,a fluorometric reagent,was widely used in the fluorescent analysis to determine many metal ions and as a sensitizer reagent or energy transfer reagent in some CL assays.In this paper,the feasibility of dichlorofluorescein as chemiluminescence reagent was investigated.This thesis consists of a review and a research section.The review includes the application of dichlorofluorescein in the fluorescent analysis to determine many metal ions and as a sensitizer reagent or energy transfer reagent in some CL assays and the application of chemiluminescence systems in recent year.The research gave a presentation of the PCL behaviors of drugs and inorganic cation in NCS-dichlorofluorescein,NBS-dichlorofluorescein system.Chemiluminescence mechanisms were investigated detailedly.The flow-injection PCL analytical methods of loperamide hydrochloride, pentoxyverine citrate and ammonia were established.The research section includes four parts.Part one,flow-injection post chemiluminescence determination of loperamide hydroehloride in human plasma and pharmaceutical base on NCS- dichlorofluorescein system.Part two,flow-injection post chemiluminescence determination of pentoxyverine citrate in human plasma and pharmaceutical base on NCS- dichlorofluorescein system.Part three,investigation of post-chemiluminescence reaction in NCS- dichlorofluorescein system.Part four,flow-injection post chemiluminescence determination of ammonia in drinking waters base on NBS-dichlorofluorescein system.
