| The moleaulr formula of Nickel Hydrazine Nitrate is [Ni(N2H4)3](NO3)2, whose abbreviation is NHN. In 1950s, it was reported briefly in France and the USA, and only powdered fine-gained product was gotten since none systematic research was made into preparative technical and technology at that time. It was only charaferized of good flame sensitiveness and much low mechanical sensitiveness but the blasting performance wasn't perfect. So NHN wasn't used as initiating explosive.At the beginning of 1970s, a research institute in Xi'an made the same research into NHN but they couldn't go on for a result at last for some reason. In the middle of 1980s, a research institute in Ministry of Coal did the research again and they didn't continue either. At the end of 1990s, a university in Nanjing made a systematic research on NHN and passed the production approval.This thesis specifies the systematic research and demonstration for the property of NHN initiating explosive through above-mentioned research results, integrated with our practical production process, to ensure the explosive can be expanded and used and improve the essential safety property of products. |
