Xhm Spinning Technology And Its Application

It follows to the experience and spinning theory,uses XHM mainly to study the substitute of lead wire of firecracker. In the study,Non-standard installation is designed and processesed by myself. Analyzing the existing spinning technique,It is proved that the dry-wet spinning is the best spinning method. The XHM containing the different nitrogen content is the main material of spinning,DOP is the main plasticizer.Choosing acetone and ethyl acetate are the resolver to study the influence to mechanics performance. The relations to viscosity and density, nitrogen content and temperature is mainly studied. The formula of spinning liquid and parameter of craft also affect the mechanics performance. It is compared with lead wire of paper which include mechanics performance, combustion rate, water absorbability and environment-protective,It is proved that:(1) The spinnability of XHM is related with density and coagulation speed, class(B) which is rich in nitrogen is not fit for spinning,The density which is in 20%～25% has good spinnability;It studies mainly about the influence to diameter of the hole,the heigh of air with 20% and 25% XHM/acetone solution. When the diameter of hole is 0.3 mm, Sheet flood is serious,The continuity which is enhanced when the heigh of air is elevate.of spinning is bad.(2) In the formula which is studied key,the best original silk which is made by the diameter of 0.7mm. The influence of coagulating bath and the heigh of air is different because of the difference of component;In ordinary,the more the nitrogen content is,the more the combustion rate is. Water absorbability and environmental protection performance is reduced when the nitrogen content increases,but the environmental protection performance of XHM wnich has the different nitrogen content has little difference;(3) Considerating the spinnability, continuity, mechanical properties, combustion rate, environmental protection performance and water absorbability synthesisly, The technological parameter which is relatively reasonable is 25% class(A)/acetone solution,the diameter of hole is 0.7mm,the heigh of air is 7cm and the temperature of coagulating bath is 20℃;(4) It is the exploration of related topic, mechanical properties, environmental protection performance and water absorbability are all better than the lead wire of paper. It can substitute the lead wire of paper if combustion rate of raw silk is descreased.
