Measuring heating as a new "commodity" gradually into people's lives, in order to continuously meet the people's thermal comfort requirements for continuous improvement at the same time in order to implement the development strategy of China's energy-saving environmental protection.Measuring heatreform imperative.This paper studies measuring heating contrast at home and abroadon the basis of the development of the status, from the energy conservation, management and metering charges for heating point of view discusses the implementation of an inevitable trend in China, and detail based on MSP430 MCU intelligent heat meter process, including the intelligent heat meter works, and gives the mathematical model for calculating the heat; the use of MSP430 MCU features native to the completion of the temperature circuit design, saving development costs and heat meters; designed the power supply circuit, filter and amplifier circuit, solenoid valve circuit, and the IC card simple circuit. In addition, the calorimeter optimized design, optimization of heat meter system proposed in the case of small flow rate from the counts optimization, signal acquisition, identify the amount of three aspects of optimal design, to improve the accuracy of the calculation of heat meters; In the calorimeter performance optimization by adding impeller room, choose the right tip-gap calorimeter such as changes in the internal structure of the base table measures, the improvement of measurement accuracy calorimeter has played a significant role. Design for the future with more precision calorimeter provides a theoretical basis.Finally in accordance with "The People's Republic of China National Metrological Verification JJG225 a 2001" and the "Industry Standard For Heat Meters CJ128 1 2007" The analysis of the experimental results of heat meters, test results were to meet industry standards.
