This paper designs a LDO supply powerto PLL module in SOC applications.This paper introduces the development status, then introduce the basic knowledge of linearregulators and the main performance indexes. Next, on the main LDO linear regulators twoparameters: stability and PSRR. Provide theoretical guidance for circuit design. Every moduleLDO principle analysis and gives practical circuit implementation. Including the band-gapvoltage references, the error amplifier, and limited flow, and protect circuit simulation results.Finally, show the whole LDO's simulation results.This LDO is designed on the basis of SMIC 65nM standard CMOS process, the frontsimulation verified by Spectre. The maximum output current is 30 mA. It's liner regulation is0.014%/mA and load regulation is 0.014%/mA are achieved. It's PSRR is -104.9dB in DC. It hasgood performance in PSRR. |
