Atc Control Staff Load Quantitative Data Collection Study

With the increasing of air traffic flow,the requirement of monitoring workload of air traffic controller has been focused on again. So,under the real_time monitoring workload of air traffic controller,the manager can know the situation well and can have a balance strategy on the air traffic flow management.Through that way,we can use the airspace in maximum.And we can use the workload data in the airspace assessment, control sector design, and so on.This paper based on a lot of literature,and introduce the notion of controller work load.It summarized many common methods of controller work load used at home or abroad.Afterward,it designed a software to collecting data of controller work load and provided a model of voice communicating during work.Later measuring the controller work load in the sector. It build a regression model under a certain airspace.The model validated that the regression analysis method by the sample with practical data .Finally it prospected the futher research on controller work load and its practice in the future.
