With the rapid development of our country’s economic level,the use of various types of transportation has also increased significantly,and due to transportation needs,correspondingly more and more bridges have been built.When the bridge is subjected to great external pressure,it will produce a small deformation.When the deformation exceeds a certain range,the bridge will collapse,this poses a serious threat to the safety of people’s lives and property.Therefore,this paper proposes a new solution for the remote real-time monitoring system of bridge deformation.In this paper,frequency modulation continuous wave technology and differential phase interference technology are used to transmit FMCW signals and receive echo signals.According to the mathematical relationship between the interference phase and the micro-displacement deformation,accurate measurement of the deformation of the target monitoring point is achieved.The data acquisition and transmission module i MX6 Q transmits the information of the target monitoring point to multiple display terminals,and simultaneously displays the operation status of the bridge vehicle monitored by the video in real-time,realizing the function of real-time display of the deformation waveform of the monitoring system and the remote monitoring of the video.The core work of this paper includes the following three points:(1)The design work of the application software functions of the system mainly includes the main interface module,deformation data waveform display processing module,video surveillance module,data storage and early warning module.In order to realize the real-time communication of the system,the Java serial port communication program of the hardware interface was written,the data information table required in the My SQL database was created,and the display terminal software development platform and Tomcat server were built,and the operating environment was configured.(2)Based on the analysis of the overall functional design and application logic of the real-time monitoring system,the Web page and Android APP were developed using Spring MVC and Java technology,and design the We Chat applet and We Chat public platform.Through wireless network transmission,using the serial port to connect with multiple display terminals and the hardware i MX6 Q development board.(3)In order to achieve the visualization and convenience of real-time video monitoring of,the secondary development of Hikvision camera was used to realize video images and displacement deformation data information collected by the radar function module are displayed in real-time on multiple display terminals simultaneously.Finally,the software test results of the monitoring system are given,and the synchronization functions of real-time display of deformation data waveform and video monitoring of bridge vehicle traffic situation are realized,which has a good application prospect.
