Flight skill is the most basic and important technology of pilots. Strong holding of flight skill is helpful in reasonable and effectively control of aircrafts, which is also significant in exerting the ultimate performance of aircrafts to guarantee flight safety when in malfunction. Developing the research of formation of flight skill is to find its origin and characteristic in theory, which is in favor of quickly mastering of it, saving training cost and time, guaranty of training safety, and promoting training efficiency. The formation rule of flight skill is based on the human-aircraft-environment system engineering that emphasize on the effect of human factors in flight. But the human factors are indeterminacy. On the other hand, huge amount of behavior of humans is regular and predictable. Hence, probability, mathematical, and fuzzy logical methods based on computer software is considered to assist this research. Studying of the formation rule of flight skill with assistance of software engineering and simulation technology is helpful of promoting training efficiency, and providing important referring data.In this thesis, computer simulation and analysis are adopted with the practical flight training to study the human factors in flight. Large amount of training data were collected and treated with probability, mathematical, and fuzzy logical methods.1. The effect of circadian rhythm on flight training was studied. Analysis base on computer dispersion was used to evaluate the effect of this factor on flight training results.2. The influence of situation cognition on flight based on simulator training was evaluated. The relationship between the situation cognition and the training grades was obtained using regression of probability and mathematical methods with computer software.3. Taking the single flight time and error rates in flight of polite students as references, we figured the effect of these factors on the progress of the training syllabus. The prediction of training instruction was proposed using the tools of software based on fuzzy logical methods.4. We analyzed the effect of physiological and psychological activities of pilots through the mentioned contents and evaluated the training grade by combining the training practice and computer simulation. In conclusion, we found that computer simulation may serve an important role in flight training and cultivation of flight skill.
