With airborne equipment and automation technology developing, the traditional flight technology is only emphasized that the operation of "one shot and two rudder". Now, the communication and coordination of the flight crew and other issues are concerned. Currently pilots flying skills have not a clear concept yet, analyzing flight skill and components, as well as its impact on safety performances, which plays an important role on flight safety management. In this study, under defining the conception of flight skill, analyzing the workflow and regulatory requirements of airline pilots flying skills. Then come to constituents pilots flying skills through literature interview and interviews with experts. And using statistical methods exploratory factor analyzes flying techniques of pilots for quantitative analysis. The airline pilots flying skills have 5 category components, maneuverability and stability, special flight control, flight monitoring, information decision, crew resource management. Through the analysis of the safety performance for different personnel, the three dimensions are concluded:safety compliance, safety participation and safety results. The theory and methods of structural equation model was constructed for pilots flying skills and its safety performance hypothesis model. Analyzing the model and assumptions, and ultimately determine the elements of flight skill and safety performance of standard effects path coefficients by the software of Amos17.0.The results showed that: handling and stability, special flight control, flight monitoring, information decision, crew resource management significantly affect safety compliance. One of the biggest factors affecting the safety compliance is crew resource management. The smallest factors is the information decision; Special flight control, information decision, crew resource management significantly affect safety participation. The biggest one is information decision-making factors. The special flight control factor is minimal one; Maneuverability and stability, special flight control, flight monitoring, information decision, crew resource management significantly affect the safety results. The smallest unit of factor is resource management. Operational safety and stability is the greatest impact factor.
