By importing the real-time disaster information and traffic information ,the goverment can achive the emergency evacuation for stranded people.At the same time,the citizens are provided three searching ways between two places:shortest path, most inexpensive path,most time-saving path,the system's query results are feasible by updating the real-time traffic information,providing people the indeed transport information services which are timely and precise,so that it can serve the people better.
