Urban green space system is the ecological basis for sustainable urban development. Green space in the city plays a significant role in maintaining ecology, running the organization space, preventing disasters, promoting the image of the city and improving the living environment. By establishing evaluation index model, and using analytic hierarchy process as well as comprehensive evaluation method to compute, the urban green system of yulin is scored. After contrasting evaluation criteria, it concludes the comprehensive evaluation result that overall urban green level in Yulin city is low. Analyzing switches of special planning content in previous overall green land system planning of Yulin city, the paper attempts to explore motivating forces of urban green space system development since the motivating forces helps improve ecological, landscape, economic and cultural functions of green space system. Based on dynamic mechanism and influencing factors, the paper puts forward countermeasures of urban green space system planning applicable to Yulin city. First, determine planning scope, and then propose planning concept and countermeasures suitable to green space system in Yulin city. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) According to the existing urban green space system index system, choose corresponding evaluation method, establish the matching factor evaluation system, and calculate each index weights. Scored by experts, the present status is supposed to be evaluated to offer results.
