Approach to the use of incineration of municipal solid waste has been recognized and carried out in many cities in China. Modern waste incinerators can not only be regarded as a waste treatment facilities, and should have the dual function of deal with waste and energy utilization. The efficiency of combined heat and power (CHP) supply unit is much higher than the pure condensing steam power plant.SIS is an integrated management and information monitoring system servicing for the whole factory production process. It has the following functions:real-time monitoring, on-line computing, and operation optimization, so that it makes the control systems of power plant become a unified whole system. SIS calculates economic indicators of waste incineration cogeneration, and monitors the operation and pollution emissions of the plant.The topic makes a study on a municipal solid waste incineration cogeneration project in Jiangsu Province. The system includes the following modules:sensors condition monitoring module, real-time performance calculation module, on-line energy-loss analysis module.The paper analyzes the operating characteristics of CHP units and the difficulties of energy-loss analysis, and makes a new study on the validation of the data and the determination of operational parameter. We develop SIS based on C/S mode by using object-oriented (00) modeling method and modular structure design. It has been successfully put into use in a CHP unit in Jiangsu.Also it has good economic and application value, and can provide scientific and operational guidance for operating personnel.
