The thesis analyses the practical situation of coal mine substations of electric operation, brings the microcomputer coal mine substations protection system design and implementation with Ethernet, protective relay and digital integrated circuit.The electric devices of coal mine often trip without faults,can't find with fault and can't power on in a moment.The power supply system and electrical equipment fault cause part( such as part fault, power failures without plan and cable failure ) power failure and could be found,which cause supercritical gas and make accidents. he excavate no gas and dust, will cause of accident. The traditional relay protection behind the times with the early warning and protection.There are power failure with the voltage fluctuation, unreliable leakage protection,the warning of insulation depression.Local ventilators often do not work by the unstable power supply system and electric device fault,this phenomenon can also cause supercritical gas and make accidents.The electric devices protections of coal mine's backwards in technology often cause large area power loss,protection's unreliable,wrong fault locating .etc This topic give an improvement scheme,including device layer,transformer layer,communication layer,monitor and control layer. This article brief principles of the power protection,DSP's application,design plan of the protection unit,CPU unit,communication unit .etcBased on the above,we can have the more stable and reliable protections.
