Study On The Planning Of Urban Housing

Urban housing is not just a simple large goods, which can not be completely resolved through the market. After many years of rapid development, China's housing industry gradually exposed some problem such as the excessive growth rate of investment, the extraordinary high housing prices, the defective domestic demand and supply structural, the high dependence on real estate financial and land issues. It is not benefit to long-term sustainable development of economy and society, and urgent to need regulate planning. However, housing development plan in China is carried out too late, which need to absorb successful experience in foreign.Starting from the function and status of the housing development plan, this article research the objectives, content and key technologies by mean of studying relevant regulations, drawing on successful experience at home and abroad.The article is divided into ten chapters, including introduction, research and theoretical basis, planning function and status of housing, the content frame of housing development planning, planning objectives, research on different types of resident, residential space layout guidelines, planning for housing land supply, housing planning paradigm results, conclusion.
