Ship Manufacturing Execution Systems Development And Integration Of Key Technologies

Manufacturing execution system is an information management system for the executive-level in manufacturing enterprises. In domestic, research in this area has been for some time, but the application to ship manufacturing is still limited. In this paper, the ship manufacturing execution system is designed to help enterprises solve problems about the lake of connection between shipbuilding enterprise resource planning and production site information, making the production capacity can be scientific valued, the cost of production has been effectively controlled, and management information system can be operated timely, rapidly and effectively, thereby enhancing the overall management level to adapt to the requirements of agility shipbuilding mode to production. This paper makes a detailed study about the manufacturing execution system on the function of the ship systems, production management module and the information integration techniques. It can be divided into the following main sections:In the first two chapters introduce the research background and significance of the topic, analysis the research status and development trend of MES home and abroad, and point out the difficulties of the development of MES, then describe the function needs of S-MES.Combining with characteristics of shipbuilding production management Chapter III starts the design of functional systems for S-MES, which bases on shipbuilding enterprises'functional model of MES. It also begins to develop the interfaces basing on research about function information model.The fourth chapter has a detailed analysis of the shipbuilding process for property owners on the basis of production theory with the workshop production of S-MES management module functional description. On the basis of sufficient study of the shipbuilding shop scheduling method, it builds a man-machine cooperation in the shop scheduling model, initially realizing the related functions of production management.The fifth chapter makes an analysis about the importance and difficulties of the ship manufacturing execution system for data integration, and has an in-depth study of the shipbuilding enterprise ERP / MES / PCS method and technology integration. It also proposes ERP / MES / PCS information integration model, and the solution of another key technology of S-MES -- Study on Grouping Model of Process Information Based on BOM for Shipbuilding Enterprise to give a referance to the next step of the construction of shipbuilding enterprise information integration process.
