Gray Preferred Highway Main Hub For Freight Station Layout Program Group Decision-making

How to seek optimum freight station arrangement plan of highway transport hub is studied in detail in this paper. The group evaluation and gray strategic decision system for seeking optimum freight station arrangement plan is set up. On the basis of studied evaluation indexes of freight station ar- rangement ,the system quantificates qualitative indexes in use of group evalu- ation and statistics theory. In order to determine the different importance of evaluation indexes ,an improved analysis of hierarchy process is studied. At last, the weighted gray interrelation decision method is used to optimize plans. So the gray decision about multi-objective is connected with group evluation and a kind of quantitative decision system is established to optimize freight station arrangement plan. By studying the decision system,we get a more scientific and more systematic method to optimize freight station ar- rangement plan ,at the same time a reference method is provided for many plan optimization in related zone.
