Highway Impact On The Transport Corridor Study

The purpose of this paper is to delve; into the impact of completion of freeway on the transportation corridor. From point of qualitative analysis ,the paper analyses the positive effects of freeway on rationalization transportation structure and the impact on fast passenger transportation. The induced traffic created by completion of freeway will lead to the new impact on transportation corridor,so the paper also do some tentative research on the induced traffic. In order to determine the ratio of passenger volume undertaken by freeway , a kind of new model of volume sharing—eural network model is set up. At last ,from point of quantitative analysis , the paper analyses the impact of completion of freeway on transportation corridor.
