System Planning Of Industrial Facilities - Plant Design Theory In The Context Of Economic Globalization To Explore

Based on analyzing the change of outer environment of enterprise and currenttheory situation of plant design, the thesis aims to discuss the new developingdirection of plant design theory. It think that facilities planning theory has the greatsignificance to plant layout in the surrounding of global economy. The thesis useenterprise theory, production scientific management theory enterprise economy toanalyze and summarize the inner law of industrial facilities. On the base of materialhandling systematic analysis and spatial production organization analysis, Itconstructs the frame of the theory of facilities planning.There are seven sector discussed in the thesis.1.By the contrast between Chinese plant layout and industrial facilities planning,it thinks that current plant design must emphasis the study on enterprise operation.2.Introducing enterprise operation and bring out the concept of materialhandling.3.Facilities planning must meet the requirement of manufacture management.4.Introducing the basic process and the optimal methods of material handinganalysis.5.Introducing industrial facility location, discussing theoretical basis andprocess of facilities location.6.On the basis of analysis in spatial organization of enterprise manufacture,theauthor attempt to summarize the law of facilities systematic planning.7.Discussing the equipment layout in workshop.The thesis is mainly constructed the methodological rules and cognitive valuesof plant design. It aims to reform the traditional study style and improve therelationship between the theory and practice. The thesis stresses that current plantdesign theory should promote the theoretical level of enterprise management anddiscuss the interacting relation between facilities planning and enterprisedevelopment.
