| The supply and spatial layout of urban public service facilities are related to the quality of life of residents and social equity. With the improvement of people’s living conditions, material life is met,and the demand for medical services increases. At this stage, the contradiction between the development level of my country’s medical and health services and the health needs of the people and the requirements for coordinated economic and social development is still quite prominent. The use of reasonable and effective methods to make the overall urban medical resource allocation more scientific and meet the people’s medical needs has become an important issue in the layout of urban public service facilities. In the post-epidemic era after the new coronavirus in 2020,the spatial layout planning of medical service facilities is not only to solve the problem of residents’ difficulty in seeking medical treatment, but also to make up for the shortage of medical service facilities and unreasonable spatial allocation.Prospective planning of emergency medical service facilities under the background of public health emergencies. This article uses Baotou City as the research area.First, obtain the number of medical service facilities in Baotou City, the number of medical service facilities, the number of medical service facilities, the number of health technicians, and the number of administrative staff Regional division and street population number for basic data sorting and analysis.Through the crawling of POI data of network medical service facilities and the acquisition of electronic map road network, the data of medical service facilities and the road traffic network of Baotou City are completed, and they are visualized and analyzed in Arc GIS.Secondly, the medical service facilities are divided into three levels according to their medical service levels, and according to the specific functions of the new crown epidemic designated medical service facilities, they are divided into designated fever clinics and designated admission medical service facilities.Carry out nuclear density analysis to determine its spatial aggregation status;based on road network data, combined with the service radius of assigned roads and different medical service facilities, analyze the medical service scope of medical service facilities to determine their spatial coverage;based on the improved potential model, consider Factors such as regional population, hospital scale, travel resistance, etc.,are used to measure the accessibility of their traffic and determine areas lacking medical care,so as to optimize the layout more scientifically and effectively.Based on the above research and analysis, the layout of medical service facilities in Baotou City tends to be centralized, and the accumulation of high-quality medical resources in the city is particularly prominent;it is highly concentrated in places with complex road networks, convenient transportation and high population density;Although the scope of high-level medical services is large, there are uncovered areas without medical care in the surrounding areas and counties. The unreasonable configuration of medical service facilities in some areas results in high medical pressure and low accessibility. Finally,in accordance with the planning requirements for the establishment of medical institutions in Baotou, taking measures to local conditions, comprehensively considering factors such as urbanization, population distribution, geographic traffic environment, etc.,different location allocation models are used in Arc GIS,and Baotou is targeted according to the characteristics and advantages of location allocation. The city’s different levels and designated medical service facilities for the new crown epidemic have been optimized and adjusted in space. At the same time, suggestions and measures for optimization and improvement are put forward from the perspective of the planning of medical service facilities and the residents themselves.Proactively think about the emergency medical treatment in the city, and let the city leave redundant space from the perspective of resilience planning,so that it has a truly open space that combines peace and war,and can quickly build emergency medical service facilities in the event of public health emergencies. |
