| Hydraulic transmission technology and hydraulic steering pump are widely used in automobile steering system in recent years.It can dramatically reduce the physical power consumption of drivers in the process of motor steering and lower risk of fatigue driving through hydraulic power assistance.The hydraulic steering pump is the core component of the steering system,which directly affects vehicle steering,stability of control and traffic security.It is particularly important for manufacturing enterprise to test the steering pump to ensure its performance parameters are qualified.Now,with high-performance test system to detect the comprehensive performance for steering pump has become a significant means to ensure the steering pump performance.This paper closely follow domestic and international hydraulic steering pump performance test technology,explore and study a new type of comprehensive performance test system.The main content and results are as follows.1)Briefly introduced the functional requirements and working principle of steering pump,the industry standards and enterprise standards of steering pump test are researched,formulated the whole program,which is compose of mechanical system and hydraulic system and electric control system.2)According to hydraulic steering pump specifications,complete the mechanical system of motor power calculation,and complete the coupling,bearing selection,complete the design of the drive shaft.Complete the design of the hydraulic system.Complete the calculation and selection of the hydraulic components in the hydraulic system.In order to realize the precise adjustment of the hydraulic system pressure,a load valve is designed to meet the requirements of the test bench.3)The design of control system of the test bench is completed,and the functions of the test bench are completed,and complete the design of hardware and software of control system.4)The results of test of a certain steering pump indicated the system achieved the expected goals,it can complete the comprehensive performance for steering pump and simultaneously has some advantages,such as simple operation,high accuracy and reliability,and low labor intensity,and market prospect is broad. |
