Small High-rise Residential Design

This article discusses the designing of a housing type. .In this article,the writer tries to research the actuality and intending development of designing of Little High Houses in different kinds of viewpoints.With the summarise of designing theories and approach,the writer will provide theoretical bases for deep researching work in his article.The structure of the article which consists of problems- raising,problems -analyzing and problems-solving goes from cities,clusters deep into the designing of individual dewellings,the framework is clear and concise.Based on current advanced designing theories, in this article the writer stresses on designing principles and methods of Little High Dewellings in China.The article is divided into four parts.In Part One the writer briefly recites the existing background of Little High Dwellings,brings forward the conception of it and expresses the purposes and significance of this article .In Part Two the writer discusses the relationships between cities and Little High Dwellings,and discusses its characters and orientation in the cities.In next part the writer puts forward some characters and designing principles of Little High Residence Clusters through the viewpoints of clusters. The writer works out the designing of spacial conformations,environment and images so on as well.In the last part the writer discusses the plane designing and unit designing of individual dewellings.According to the discussion of four aspects above,the writer believes that Little High Dwellings has lots of potential to create more excellent living condition.However in the courses of designing we should analyze them according to actual situations.We should think over them from city systems, constitution of clusters,the creation of dwelling ambience and sustainable development of ecology environment roundly.
