EOTS-E optical theodolite is an important standard data measuring equipment. In the past many years,it has made great contribution in the tests. Its static total error and dynamic total error directly effect the accuracy of test measuring data. So it:must be precisely detected and calibrated before test,in order to calculate its static total error and dynamic total error. The original EOTS-E theodolite detect-calibrating system was established in 1970s. It is opening control system. Has been used for tens years,there are many malfunctions in it. And it is very difficult to adjust,its efficiency is very low. So the Base decided to rebuild the system,in the rebutided detect-calibrating system,closing control technique has been adopted and the guiding accuracy has been greatly improved. At the same time,it has adopted multiple parallel light-pipeline scanning technique,and the efficiency of detect-calibrating has remarkably enhanced. The following aspects of investigation has been made in the course:first is that the method of adopting closing-control has been theoretical analyzed and the closing control model has been established. Second is that the technique of realizing multiple light-pipeline scanning technique has been investigated with non-linear programming theory. Third is that the system has been designed and realized. The result obtained from the system being used practically show that,the design is scientific,and the guiding accuracy and detect-calibrating efficiency has improved evidently,and the functions of the system has been enhanced.
