Weapon weight-reducing technology is the emphasis in weapon industry and it hold the future field with the developing of automatic weapon technology. Barrel weight-reducing technology in the 3-barrel 14.5 mm-caliber rotating machine gun is studied in this dissertation. The barrel finite element model is established in ANSYS, the changing laws of temperature field and thermal-stress field are analyzed before and after the composite material is winded. Winding angles and winding thickness affection to the strength of the composite material barrel are analyzed. This dissertation will be worth of reference in developing weapon weight-reducing technology. |
