Hydraulic Servo Control Helicopter Ground Control System

During the design of new type attack helicopter, We need to assembly the engine, the gear box, the driving shaft and the rotor system together on the ground, so that we can use it to test its performance and try whether they work in harmony. To do this, we designed the ground control system and we test every subsystem' s performance through the control system.This paper addressed the design of the servo-control part of the control system in detail. We use hydraulic actuator and displacement sensor to set up a hydrauservo system; We also use the hydraulic lock and embedded controller to make it safety. The whole control system works harmony, accuracy and safety in the test.
