The statistics of electric power company show that more than 80% letting off customer is leaded by distribution network fault. So the reliability of distribution system is most important to customer, and the evaluation of the reliability and improving power supply of distribution network is significant theoretically and actually.Based on the comprehensive reading of references about distribution network planning and reliability, the thesis presents the study of distribution system optimal planning and reliability analysis. Based on it, distribution system of daliang in shunde city is studied on optimal panning and reliability analysis. The conclusion shows the proposed methods are of good.
