| With the development of market economy and the improvment of living standard. China has been a consumer marker that has great potentialities. The quantity of retail orgnization is daily on the increase,and as a result the G.M.S are welcomed warmly and the broad masses of city dwellers for their special management and architecure space. They can keep with the modern living rhythm popular psychology and make small profits but quick turnover . During this important form of supermarkets as they can satisfy people's needs of buying enough good in one time, demands of parking and lowprice.This thesis takes G.M.S as it's object of study the G.M.S in ChangSha as it's main surveying object. Based on the investigation of living examples and summarization of relative studies. Thesis probes into the issue and try to find some solution.Base on the domestic and overseas theoretic researchs and practices in related to GMS construction and the results of questionnaire and interview surveys, this thesis studies the construction of G.M.S on some aspects, plan, architecture design and operation management.the author applies architectural theory and design methodology along with theorie from various disciplines such as sociology,economices,psychology and aesthetics to the analysis.The whole work consists of five chapter.The first part disscuss the study purpose significance an relative studies study level.The second part review the background and history of G.M.S.And then plot out the phase of G.M.S architecture. Establish the target of this thesis. At last discusse the function characteristics of G.M.S's and their positions in retail trade.The 3rd part to 4th part are the central ones. The tow part main study the locationselection,and lanning layout ,plaza of G.M.S,and their inside and outdoor environment. By analyzing and studing ,they puts forward some principle for G.M.S's architecture design.Finally, the 5th part summarize the full text and provide some new planning ideal of G.M.S. |
