| As a technology method that can reduce exhaust pollution of engine, protect environment and satisfy the exhaust emission standards that becomes more and more strict ,the research and develop of the technique of catalytic converter is becoming more and more important. HC and CO are main harmful emission in motor ,therefore the technology that spur an exothermic reaction of HC and CO through the oxidizing catalytic converter combining with the electronically controlled secondary-air injection system in order to reduce exhaust pollution of motor is discussed in this thesis.Firstly, the current development status of modern exhaust gas after treatment is summarized in this paper, compare all kinds of disposal scheme of catalytic coat . Combined with the current development status of the technique of secondary-air injection, the exhaust gas after treatment technology scheme that combine oxidizing catalytic converter with the electronically controlled secondary-air injection is bring forward . The quantity of the secondary-air injection that is need in all conditions is determined base on testing demonstration of position and style of the secondary-air injection, the opening pulse width of solenoid controlled Valve is determined by the difference of air pressure and got control map that is solidified in ERPOM .The value of pulse width of solenoid controlled Valve that can control the mount of air injection can be looked up on table by condition in actually engine running .In the second part, hardware system, software system , the electronically controlled secondary-air injection system, sensor system is introduced in detail. Control unite uses extensive 8031 system, sensor system mainly include the Throttle Position Sensor ,Dissipating Heat Piece Temperature Sensor and ignition signal Sensor.Lastly, catalyzing conversion regular combining with the secondary-air injection system is analyzed by test. The overall is summarized and prospected. |
