In the thesis, elevator door motor control system is designed, which includes permanent magnet brushless DC motor (BLDCM) and MSP430F149 MCU composing a high performance servo system.The control strategy of elevator door motor control system is analyzed and elaborated. And theoretic computation and realizing method of S curve, which motor runs along when accelerating and decelerating, are shown. In order to improve the performance of this system, adaptive control theory is introduced. Also, the feasibility and realization of the application is lucubrated.The MSP430F149 MCU is selected as the control center of elevator door motor control system. On the basis of giving attention to performance and cost, the design of hardware, which includes compute and control circuits, keyboard input circuits and display circuits, drive and protect circuits, and so on, is completed.In the software of the system, the initialization section and function modules are designed according to technology requirements and control rules. The exact control of elevator door is realized in the way of interrupt response. The control of S curve of motor run as accelerating and decelerating is implemented through the methods of lookup tables and computation. And the adaptive control of S curve is done by weighted average method.The system is proved to meet the requirements, which is designed reasonably, and can work steadily and reliably.
